Veterans Manufacturing Network is committed to making our website usable by people with disabilities. We want everyone to be able to find manufacturers, learn about their capabilities, and participate in the network.
Our accessibility goal
We are working toward the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 Level AA. These guidelines help make websites easier to use with keyboards, screen readers, magnification, and other assistive technology.
We have not completed a full conformance evaluation. Our website, application forms, and member portal are still being reviewed and improved.
Areas we are reviewing
- Keyboard navigation and a visible indicator of which link or control has focus.
- Clear headings, form labels, instructions, and error messages.
- Readable text contrast, text resizing, and layouts on smaller screens.
- Useful text descriptions for images and understandable information for screen readers.
Forms and the member portal
Some parts of the site use embedded application forms and member tools. We are including these experiences in our accessibility review. If a form, login step, or other interaction prevents you from completing a task, please contact us so we can help you find another way to complete it.
